NEW PATIENTS

WELCOME

We are a small Independent Private Practice, this means that we are able to give our patients the time they need, every step of the way.

We are a small team and work closely together as dental professionals to offer our patients continuity of dental care across our team and specialities.

We believe that communication is paramount in achieving the best possible treatment outcomes for our patients.

We aim to give our patients the best possible treatment at a fair price, using premium materials with skilled and experienced clinicians in a welcoming , comfortable, relaxing setting and in an unhurried manner.

We are certainly not the cheapest, but neither are we the most expensive out there.

We hope you like what we do!

We are situated in the heart of Sevenoaks, 5 minutes walk from the town and bus station and 15 minutes walk from the Railway Station.

We have our own car park for staff and patients’ use

What happens at a New Patient Examination ?

On your first visit we spend time getting to know you and listening to any concerns you may have regarding your dental health, putting you at your ease before we start your examination.

Your Dentist will carry out a full mouth examination of your teeth and oral tissues.

At this initial examination radiographs (X-rays) are usually taken, your dentist will explain the reason for any X-rays needed, however if you have had recent X-rays elsewhere you can forward these to us for your Dentist to review prior to your appointment.

Following your examination your Dentist will discuss his findings with you and will detail any recommended treatment options in the form of a printed Treatment Plan, along with associated costs and appointments, for your consideration.

We will ask you to sign this to acknowledge that you have understood the information you have been given and any treatment your Dentist may have recommended in order to maintain your dental fitness.

Should you then wish to book any appointments we can do this for you.

You will be given a hard copy of your Treatment Plan to keep for your reference.

How do I pay ?

We ask that our patients pay as invoiced by their dentist at the end of each appointment.

We accept cash and all types of credit and debit cards including American Express, contactless and Apple Pay.

Cancellation Policy

We have a 48 hour cancellation Policy.

If you are unable to attend your appointment please give 48 hours notice, otherwise a fee may be charged.

A deposit may be required to secure your appointment at the time of booking. Should you cancel your original appointment within the 48hour notice period you can ‘roll over’ this booking fee to secure your new appointment on this occasion.

If you fail to notify us within the 48 hour notice period that you will not be attending or do not turn up to your appointment, you will lose this deposit or a charge may be placed.

If any charge placed remains unpaid you will not be able to book any appointments until this fee is paid in full.
